Some nice smelling cleaner and sealant. Pretty much the same process are polishing your car.

I wouldn’t have taken that picture has I not cleaned the stovetop a few days ago. Black counter tops still look great even if in need of a cleaning. But the oil haze does start to show.
I screwed myself with the LEDs because they show the haze way more too.

Bar tops and the brass accents drive me crazy. Cloth napkin and a little grease from dinner work in a pinch. "sir, please stop polishing our bar knob"

I have a black stove similar to yours. Looks nice for about 5 minutes after cleaning. I do enjoy getting it properly clean with MF towels and treating it with great care not to scrub too much like a black car.
